Refund Policy
Where a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the sum will be paid in pounds sterling and refunded via Shopify. All carriage costs are non-refundable, including the collection of returned goods.
Canceling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days following the receipt of your order, by contacting us via the following method:

If the item(s) have not been dispatched we will cancel the order and we will refund payment in accordance with our refund policy below.
If the item(s) have been dispatched to you and we are unable to stop the delivery, you can refuse to sign for the delivery so that the item(s) are returned to us and we will refund payment in accordance with our refund policy below.
If the item(s) have already been delivered, in order to return an item, you will have to pay a return collection charge of £20
All items must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging and outer carton, with all of the original components intact and in a dry condition.
We will not accept responsibility for items that have been left outside to get wet, damaged or stolen with no one to sign for the collection.
Faulty Goods
All of our products leave us in condition fit for the purpose for which they are intended. If you receive any of your products in a noticeably faulty condition you should deny delivery and have it returned to Bonnies Oak and contact us straight away by emailing us at sales@molesgardenstore.co.uk and we will sort out a replacement/refund if not noticeable. Please notify us within 7 days.
Liability for faulty goods will not be accepted where products have not been used in accordance with the instructions.
